Strategic Plan

In 2007, the Board of Directors of Loch Lomond Villa Inc. initiated the development of a new Strategic Plan to ensure that those who are responsible for the organization understand, and reflect in its operation, the changing needs of the population they serve and the role the facility plays in the health-care system of the area.

Strategic Direction:  Provide the necessary work environment to foster the recruitment and retention of competent, healthy, happy staff.

Strategic Direction: Ensure a continuum of quality care, focusing on safety and the changing needs and desires of our clients.

 

Revenue Generation

Strategic Direction:  Capitalize on opportunities that maximize revenues to promote the well-being of Loch Lomond Villa.
